I'm a stay-at-home-mom of 2 little girls - 5 and 1.5 year old. I started creating with preexisting high-quality natural materials for my youngest daughter, and was prompted to sell some of my creations by friends and neighbours.

i unexpectedly fell in love with staying at home with my children! not complaining, this way i get to do all the stuff i loved to do as a child. play, eat, craft!!!

Sericin

When I was very young, my grandmother taught me to knit and crochet and sew. She also taught me about beautiful fibres and the fabrics they produce.

Now I'm lucky enough to be able to live my dream working with fibre and colour to produce beautiful high quality handspun yarns and hand dyed spinning fibres.

I love teaching and talking about spinning as I firmly believe that all knitters will eventually succumb to their "inner spinner".

Finally lace. I love the detail, the texture, the delicacy of lace. I love that in these days of instant gratification, it is something that takes a long time.
